Church fan
I had to wait today. Alone. In an uncomfortable chair. The space was surprisingly spartan for a church. I liked the shadow of the ceiling fan. It felt similar to how I felt there.
I think I darkened the photo too much, wiping out all the detail from some fan blades. The photo was already very low in color, but after experimenting with it, I was pretty happy with how it looked in black and white. I should maybe have tried getting a bit more of the shadow into frame; I'm not sure if I couldn't do that due to the edge of the ceiling or if I just didn't try hard enough.
