Independent Square
1 Independent Square has a pretty cool shape. I hadn't noticed it before, but we were walking along the river on our way to the airport, and I kept trying to capture it, but I found the surrounding buildings less interesting.
After visiting the Friendship Fountain, we saw this giant lock on the fence, and the bridge fit into the picture much better from that side.
We were rushing to get back to the car, so I didn't spend as much time on the photo as I should have. It wasn't easy to hold the camera at the height needed to get the locks and building in the frame together, and I struggled to pay attention to all the elements in the frame. I would have avoided some of the right side of the image, and I should have moved around some more with my feet to see how else I could compose the picture.
